The world is changing, and so are the business opportunities. The problem is that there are a lot of gurus and business coaches online, and most of them act as if starting a successful business and becoming wealthy takes only a few weeks. As you probably already know, starting and succeeding in business takes a lot more time and a lot more skills, especially if you have little to no initial capital.

You'll start as an independent worker with no employees, so you'll need a wide range of skills. You'll be in charge of finding customers, converting them, creating a pipeline, delivering a great customer experience, delivering a product, and receiving payment on time. You'll eventually hire people and delegate most of the work, especially to them.

When you're working in the business, you're taking care of everything that's required to keep it running and deliver the product. This could include making invoices, ensuring that everyone pays what they owe, and even cleaning your office. When you're working on the business, you're working on strategy, managing people, dealing with customers on the front end, closing deals, and so on. Working on the business is eventually what will make you the most money, but working in the business will be necessary at first if it is to run smoothly.

5. Sales (from cold calls to closing or sales management)

Specialization in marketing.

Okay, here's a controversial viewpoint: It's preferable to be highly specialized in a very narrow area of marketing rather than dealing with all marketing in general. Recently, everyone has been talking about smm and smma, which stand for social media management and social media marketing agency, respectively. However, if you start a smma like most gurus advise, you will generalize, which will not work in 2021.

You can't expect to do everything for everyone; an agency that does everything badly is usually an agency that does everything badly, and even if it doesn't, that's the impression the market will have of you. Let's pretend you're a restaurant owner who specializes in Italian cuisine and has a large location in New York City.

You have no idea how that works, so you just want to hire an agency. Which one would you choose, which one would you be willing to pay the most for, and most importantly, which one do you think has more experience? The answer to all of these questions is obviously the one that exclusively works with restaurants.

Copywriting

Copywriting is a fundamental part of marketing; without it an ad or campaign wouldn't succeed. It's the part that gets people to take action whether it's about closing the sale, getting someone's contact information, or even closing a deal. Copywriting is the art of closing in print it's like hiring a salesperson but it's a written piece of content that automatically closes people copywriters are specialized in persuasion techniques that get people to buy basic strategies include using people's emotions pain points and being able to present a product effectively and in a non-sales manner.

People buy with their emotions and then justify their purchases with logic, according to a popular saying among copywriters. This means that the best way to persuade someone to buy something is to use their emotions. Here's an illustration: There's Mark and his fiance Olivia, the lockdown in their area has just ended, and now they're allowed to go shopping. They're at the mall, and Olivia asks Mark for his credit card because she wants to buy something for herself, and Mark gives it to her after 15 minutes. She returns with an expensive-looking purse in her hands, and Mark is outraged.

So, why would anyone buy a new purse? They want to feel better, more confident, receive compliments from people, and feel beautiful. This is very emotional, which is why Olivia bought the items in the first place. This is similar to what copywriters do on a daily basis, they look for emotional attachments. People have a relationship with goods, and they use that to close a sale.

Marketing Content Creation

Copywriters, on the other hand, do not create the ads themselves; a copy is about the words in an ad, not the design and images of it, and this is a job for someone else. Content creators, on the other hand, can specialize even further by choosing to create a specific type of content. Video production, graphic design, and branding are just a few examples.

Managing Ad Campaigns On Specific Platforms

The most common platform for advertising is Facebook, where about three million businesses currently advertise. Other common platforms include Google Ads, Bing Ads, and, surprisingly, Instagram Ads, which are correlated to Facebook, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. Instead of trying to master all of the platforms, master one and go from there.

What is required to begin working with them? First and foremost, you must master the skill, so this is the study part. The development of your skills should never really stop because the market will not stop for you; it will continue to go on, and if you stop studying and improving yourself, you will slowly become obsolete and eventually fail. It will probably take you three to four months to develop the basics of those skills, but it will take you longer to master them.

The second stage is to really start looking for clients, and we have numerous tutorials on how to find them as a freelancer and how to sell. Specialization is vital for the reasons I mentioned earlier, but it's also important if you want to stay ahead of the competition.

Sales Management

The goal here is to get into closing specifically high ticket closing sales of products or services that cost around $5,000 or more as a closer you're paid on commission this gives you a great opportunity to make unlimited profits as long as you're good and know what you're doing as a closer you're paid on commission this gives you a great opportunity to make unlimited profits as long as you're good and know what you're doing as a closer you're paid on the commission this gives you a great opportunity to make unlimited.

You'd still make $2,000 or more closing is also better because, compared to cold calling, it's more efficient and takes fewer time calls are much longer, some even lasting 30 minutes, but most cold calls are huge failures but, in order to get into closing, it's better if you go through cold calling because it's much easier to be hired as a closer if you already have some cold calling sales experience.

Content Creation

The path to success is through content development. If you enjoy blogging, vlogging, or talking to a camera, all you need to do is learn how to create and entertain, and then pick a very specific topic. Just like the other two models, you must be very specific about what you do. Pick a specific topic and stick to it. This topic could be a hobby of yours, and the stranger the better. If you enjoy something, chances are that someone else will enjoy it as well and will be interested in seeing your videos about it.

The way you make money with this depends on the platform you use and the topic you choose. YouTube monetization is one option, but it's not the only one. Exclusive material, early access to content courses, and ebooks are examples of digital products. Physical things could be niche-specific, such as a mountain starter jersey with your mountain biking channel's logo on it, or just plain retail.
